Advice
Advisory work and assignments typically fall into one of the following categories:
- Feasibility Studies
- Scoping and Costing
- Impact Analysis
To ensure your goals and mission statement are clearly communicated we require all Design Briefs to arrive in written form.
Any changes to the Brief must also be in writing and approved by the authorised person/s within your organisation.
Depending on your Brief, engagements for projects such as Feasibility Studies may be as short as a couple of days.
More complex engagements normally require us to prepare an estimate for your approval.
Design
Design projects can take many shapes and sizes, including:
- Concept Designs
- Detailed Designs
- Integration Designs
Concept Designs are largely illustrative of what may be possible given the project constraints and often include a number of options for comparative analysis and review.
Detailed Designs usually follow on from the Concept Design phase and focus on the specific details of the selected concept.
Integration Designs are normally requested when our contribution to a project is required to fit in alongside existing work – such as a pre-existing building or structure.
